Thank you for shopping with FUTÉON. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here’s how returns, refunds, and cancellations work based on our store rules.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in line with our store’s default return rules. Current page

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product was defective

We will provide the return address after you contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

3–5 business days for us to process the return
5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is fulfilled, according to our store’s cancellation rules. Current page

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Your 30-day return window exceeds this minimum.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at futeonsupport@gmail.com. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Note: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the item is defective or incorrect.
